Your domain, handled for you
We register or transfer your domain, point the DNS records where they need to go, and track the renewal every year so it never lapses. You never have to log into a domain registrar or work out what an A record is.
Domain, DNS, SSL, deployments, updates, business email and ongoing support — all handled for you as part of your managed hosting. You never have to think about the technical side of your small business website.
Most small business owners we speak to don't really want "hosting" — they want to never have to think about the technical bits of their website. Who owns the domain, when the SSL expires, why the contact form suddenly stopped working, which company to phone if it goes offline the same day a paid ad campaign goes live. That whole layer of admin is what our fully managed hosting exists to take off your plate.
With every hand-coded site we build, we manage the domain and DNS, keep the SSL certificate valid, handle the technical and platform updates as the web changes, run the deployments, and look after your business email mailbox. If you need a change made, you message us and we do it. If anything ever goes wrong, you contact us — not a hosting helpdesk on the other side of the world.
It's all included in your plan from £80/mo. No separate hosting bill, no surprise renewal invoice from a domain company you'd forgotten about, no per-visitor pricing catch if a piece of local coverage sends a spike of traffic your way. One monthly price for the whole thing, managed by us in Cambridgeshire.
Always included
Managed hosting, in plain English: the jobs we quietly take care of so you don't have to learn any of it yourself.
We register or transfer your domain, point the DNS records where they need to go, and track the renewal every year so it never lapses. You never have to log into a domain registrar or work out what an A record is.
Your site's SSL certificate (the padlock in the browser) is issued, installed and renewed by us in the background. If a certificate ever needs replacing, we do it — you won't see a warning screen and neither will your customers.
The web changes constantly — browsers update, security standards shift, platforms move on. We keep your site working through all of it, so it doesn't quietly break six months after launch like most small business websites do.
We set up and manage a proper business mailbox at [email protected] (or similar) as part of the package. We configure it on your phone, laptop and any other device you use, and we're on hand if you ever need help with it.
If anything ever needs undoing — a change you didn't like, a mistake in the copy, something that stopped working — we can roll your site back to any point within roughly the last two weeks. Just message us and tell us when to restore to.
You message us. That's it. No ticket queues, no third-party hosting company to chase, no forum threads to read. If something's not right, you get a real person who already knows your site.
For anyone who cares about the plumbing: your site is served from a global content delivery network, with pages cached close to your visitors so they load quickly across the UK. It sits behind proper DDoS protection and modern security headers, and because every site is hand-coded rather than a WordPress stack of plugins, there's very little that can go wrong in the first place.
We mention that partly because it's true, and partly because it's why we can offer this level of service at a small-business price — there just isn't much for us to firefight. But it's not really the point. The point is that you get on with running your business, and someone else runs the website.
If the language around domains, DNS, nameservers and hosting has ever left you guessing, our plain-English guide to domain and hosting jargon explains what each part actually does — and which bits we take off your hands. If you're already on WordPress and tired of the update treadmill, we can either take over and manage WordPress properly for you or rebuild it as a static site.

Everything technical about your small business website is handled for you: the domain, DNS, SSL, your business email mailbox, platform updates, backups and support. If something ever goes wrong you message us — you don't chase a hosting company. It's a single fully managed service from £80/mo, not a bundle of things you still have to run yourself.
No — that's the whole point. We handle the domain registration or transfer, point the DNS at your site, and keep the SSL certificate valid and renewed. You never need to log into a registrar, edit a DNS record, or think about certificates.
We don't promise your site will never have an issue — anyone claiming that isn't being straight with you. What we do promise is that if something goes wrong, we're usually already looking at it before you notice, and you have one person to contact rather than a hosting helpdesk.
Yes. We can restore your site to any point within roughly the last two weeks. Just message us with what happened and when you'd like it rolled back to, and we'll take care of it.
Yes. We set up and manage a proper mailbox at your own domain (like [email protected]), get it working on your phone and laptop, and support you with it ongoing. No more sending quotes from a Gmail address.
Small content changes — updating text, swapping a photo, adding a new service, tweaking prices, adding an opening-hours notice — are all included, and we normally turn those around within a couple of working days. Larger pieces of work like a brand new page, a full redesign or a new integration are still available; we'll just scope those separately so you know what's involved before we start.
Yes. If you choose the lump-sum option you can take the code and host it wherever you like. Most clients prefer to leave it with us because it means one bill, one point of contact, and nothing technical to think about.
